The urge to work all the time and not enjoy the rewards.

What are the top tips you'd give to anyone looking to start, run and grow a business today?

Market research and knowing your ideal client, don't be afraid to do things differently.

Is there anything else you'd like to share?

Losing a 5 million-dollar-a-year business because of divorce was actually the best thing that ever happened. The learning that happened, the personal growth, and the opportunities that came after never would have happened had I stayed "for the money."
