What's your business, and who are your customers?

I'm an author and keynote speaker. My primary audience is women.

Tell us about yourself

The letter my grandmother left for my son, where her last words of advice were "be who you came to be." inspired me to start sharing this message with the world. What motivates me daily is knowing that if I can help just one woman be more confident with who she is and who she came to be - it's worth showing up daily.

What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?

Authoring my first book! Released November 2021.

What's one of the hardest things that come with being a business owner?

For me, it's working alone. I miss community and connection on a daily basis. You have to be self-motivated. No one is holding you accountable, pushing you, or challenging you. So you have to learn how to be your best boss.

What are the top tips you'd give to anyone looking to start, run and grow a business today?

Start today. Know there will be incredible roadblocks, obstacles, and challenges. Keep going.

Is there anything else you'd like to share?

My children's book comes out this winter, and my next book, "Perfectly Flawed" will release in 2023. I also have a podcast called "The Big Ask Podcast."
