What's your business, and who are your customers?

My business is a bridal beauty and concierge service. We cater to clients all over the Tri-State and Westchester area. We travel to our client's destinations in aid of their beauty needs, whether it is for their big day or getting ready for a special event. Our customers are a woman who wants to look and feel like them selfs on their wedding day, those who want an amplified version of themselves. We cater to clients who like Light & airy yet refined and elegant looks.

Tell us about yourself

I have over 12 years of experience. I've worked at NYFW, Bridal FW, photoshoots, and commercials, but my true passion always came out when working with brides. I work with a small team with over 25+years of experience combined. I started working on my business back in 2017 where. I started out with a small beauty suite wanting to work with brides and styling women and men for events they were attending, where I quickly realized my clients and brides had more of a preference for getting ready in the comfort of their own home or hotel for their big events. I am motivated by the joy my clients get once they get out of my chair; not only are we providing our clients with amazing hair and makeup services, but we pride ourselves on our customer service and ensuring that all of our clients receive VIP service from start to finish.

What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?

My biggest accomplishment as a business owner has been building out a solid team and growing to where we are booking over 80 weddings per year and recently being awarded by LuxeLife Magazine best "Bridal Concierge Beauty Service in NYC."

What's one of the hardest things that come with being a business owner?

One of the hardest things for me, being a small business owner, is wearing all of the different hats and adapting to each role at any given time.

What are the top tips you'd give to anyone looking to start, run and grow a business today?

My top 3 tips I would give to someone looking to start their own business would be to know why you are going into business and what you want from it. Create a strong system that works for you, and remember to always push through your challenging moments.
