What's your business, and who are your customers?

Publishing. Help biographers or autobiographical authors formulate, edit & publish their written materials. Provide advertising copy for sole proprietors. Write, publish, and distribute my own books of poetry through readings & Amazon.com. Customers are private individuals or small businesses.

Tell us about yourself

My books of poetry, I believe, are inspired by God and worked out through the hands of human exchange. The same holds true for my approach to business clientele. Thus, I hold myself to a high standard of work that enriches the best interest of my customers.

What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?

I enjoy working with individuals. The end product of autobiographers that exceeds their expectations is immensely gratifying.

What's one of the hardest things that comes with being a business owner?

Consulting with customers with marketing, sales, and the distribution of their final products.

What are the top tips you'd give to anyone looking to start, run and grow a business today?

  1. Rise above rejection.
  2. Persevere.
  3. Rejoice with the customer upon project completion.
