I was a recruiter for over 18 years and in 2017 went on my own Career Journey. Ultimately, I had the opportunity to help individuals with their resumes and what started as a part-time side business slowly turned into a business on a full-time basis.
After being diagnosed with breast cancer at 43 followed by 4 surgeries & 18 months of treatment, coupled with dealing with anxiety/depression, I am passionate about helping others by sharing coping strategies & helping them take control of their lives.
It started after I qualified for Osteopathy but felt that movement was my way of helping people. I’d worked with a lot of chronic pain patients and felt frustrated that they weren’t making lasting improvement. I had a sense that if they changed how they moved, things would change for them.
I have a vision of a future where women are no longer ashamed of their bodies, where young girls don't feel guilty about what they eat and draw their self-worth from within, not from what they look like on the outside.
I have owned a yoga studio for over 2 years where I managed teachers, taught multiple classes, led workshops and hosted 200 hour teacher trainings. I am currently transitioning out of the in-person studio space so I can focus more on my online coaching programs for new yoga teachers.
