Summertime Surf School is New Jersey's premier place to get started and stay involved with the surf and ocean lifestyle. We attract students who tend to be adventurous, thoughtful, and kind.
Tell us about yourself
I am a third-generation waterman raising a family of ocean lovers. I consider my work to be one of many noble pathways to spread love to the world.
What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?
Surrounding myself with great people who believe in our mission.
What's one of the hardest things that come with being a business owner?
Feel that the success and failures of your business are successes and failures of your humanity. This is not true, but it is easy to feel that way from time to time.
What are the top tips you'd give to anyone looking to start, run and grow a business today?
Be patient. Know your strengths and seek to amplify them. Be aware of your weaknesses and find good people to help with what you are not good at.
