What's your business, and who are your customers?
My business is helping firms find unmet customer demand and creating uncontested market space. I help companies with strategic planning and innovation to grow their business and differentiate themselves from the competition. Customers are startups looking to get traction with their new offerings and corporations looking to innovate and stay ahead of the competition.
Tell us about yourself
I have always enjoyed creating disruptive and new solutions to problems that really move the needle for companies. Helping entrepreneurs and executives create innovative solutions to real problems motivates me each day.
What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?
Surviving the first two years in business and being profitable.
What's one of the hardest things that come with being a business owner?
Wearing many hats each day, some of which don't fit very well.
What are the top tips you'd give to anyone looking to start, run and grow a business today?
- Start with your purpose and why you want to do it.
- Define minimum success criteria so you can make a plan to achieve it.
- Document and validate your business model before you create any offerings.
