I have been providing clients and companies with strategic direction for over 30 years. There is no greater satisfaction than helping a company achieve its potential.

What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?

Developing over 130 plans that helped companies overcome obstacles and go to the next level.

What's one of the hardest things that come with being a business owner?

Responsibility. I take the approach the firm is only as good as its last engagement, so there is always pressure to deliver what the client needs on time and on budget.

What are the top tips you'd give to anyone looking to start, run and grow a business today?

  1. Be flexible; no plan is perfect, be ready to pivot as the road to success becomes clearer.
  2. Don't just chase the buck; go after money, and getting away from your vision for the business can be a recipe for disaster.
  3. Like you, if you are not excited about starting your week, find something else to do.

Is there anything else you'd like to share?

Entrepreneurs are the lifeblood of success around the world. Without these doers, life for all of us would not be nearly as enjoyable. Entrepreneurs do not get enough credit for how important they are.
