What's your business, and who are your customers?
I’m the go-to Life Coach for women who want to find out who they are and reclaim themselves again. My clients are women in their 40s and 50s who are ready to commit and invest time and money in themselves for their transformation.
Tell us about yourself
I had never thought of myself as ever wanting my own business, but when I was living in Colorado, I was asked to join a suite of other healing practitioners. I said yes and never looked back. At this time, I was practicing massage therapy and doing esthetics with some Reiki. As time went on and I moved back to Wisconsin, life coaching called, and it’s truly what I have always been doing with my clients throughout all the years I have been in business and didn’t realize it. Every day I am motivated in my business because I GET to help people learn to love themselves and their life! How can that not be motivating?!
What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?
Successfully moving my business from Colorado to Wisconsin. It took some time to build in my hometown, but I was able to do it!
What's one of the hardest things that comes with being a business owner?
Finding the right clients, really ready to commit and invest in themselves.
What are the top tips you'd give to anyone looking to start, run and grow a business today?
- Network.
- Have a separate business account from your personal one.
- Every week, check your business numbers and what is working at attracting clients and what isn’t.
