What's your business, and who are your customers?
We offer legal counsel to startups through an innovative subscription model. Our unique approach allows entrepreneurs to receive ongoing legal support without breaking the bank. Our clients are typically dynamic entrepreneurs that need assistance starting and growing their companies. We work closely with them to understand their unique challenges, goals, and objectives and provide them with comprehensive legal services.
Tell us about yourself
What motivates me each day is seeing the impact my work has on my clients' success. Knowing that I can help turn a dream into a reality is incredibly rewarding, and seeing my clients thrive and grow is the ultimate motivation. I also love the challenge of keeping up with the ever-changing legal landscape of startup law and finding creative solutions to problems- it's what I geek out on.
What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?
I'm incredibly proud that we've been able to scale this model. We launched in 2019 and currently represent about 160 startups.
What's one of the hardest things that comes with being a business owner?
All of the hats.... It can be challenging to manage the day-to-day operations while also focusing on long-term goals, marketing, financial management, etc., etc., etc.
What are the top tips you'd give to anyone looking to start, run and grow a business today?
- Read everything.
- Make the best decision you can and then move on and,
- Be ready to iterate.
