What's your business, and who are your customers?
We are experts in providing luxury rental restrooms and shower trailers for every occasion. With our wide selection of products and features, it's easy to find one that fits construction projects and events.
Tell us about yourself
From a young age, Grant actively looked for ways to provide value. From mowing lawns to flipping cars, he had a passion for finding out where there was a need and helping people fill it.
Today, as the founder of Stahla Services, he brings that mindset into his business and values top-of-the-line service for his customers. Grant and I (Erin) met in 2021, and we got married just a few months later. We enjoy owning and running the business side-by-side, being out in the field, meeting new customers, and looking for enhancements to improve the customer experience continually. We love getting to mix our days together with business and personal.
What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?
Growing as individuals and continually developing the strengths to excel at leading people and building businesses.
What's one of the hardest things that come with being a business owner?
Making the right decisions even when it's uncomfortable. We love learning from hard situations to try and cultivate the best possible outcome.
What are the top tips you'd give to anyone looking to start, run and grow a business today?
- Look at the barriers to entry.
- Look at the lifestyle of what you want the business to create and build on that.
- Focus on marketing and money (cash flow is king).
