What's your business, and who are your customers?

Tell us about yourself
rior to founding SpringPeople, I had been part of leadership teams at three startup organizations: @Talisma Corp, @SpringSource (now Pivotal Inc), and @Kaseya Inc., where he helped grow revenues and drive customer/user acquisition.
Back in 2009, while responsible for the global expansion of Services & Training at SpringSource Inc., I was struck by the state of the training market in India - dominated by low-end, poor-quality players and chaotic market practices - and bootstrapped SpringPeople to address this gap. Over the last nine years, SpringPeople has stayed true to the simple formula of delivering high-quality training, organized through a process-driven setup and taught by highly-experienced IT experts. Today, SpringPeople has rapidly grown to become India's biggest Enterprise IT Training Provider, with a wide portfolio of courses, partnerships with global tech giants, and a huge base of very happy enterprise customers.
What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?
We are the pioneers in the EdTech space in India, leveraging the latest and best in technology for creating compelling learning solutions – its our Digital Learning Platform provides end-to-end training orchestration and comes pre-integrated with popular corporate LMSs.
What's one of the hardest things that come with being a business owner?
It would be the risk assessment. Every strategic decision you make not only comes with certain financial repercussions but also puts your credibility, acumen, and standing in the community to test.
