What's your business, and who are your customers?
Our company offers fresh chef-prepared meals to those looking for a convenient and healthy food option. All our meals offer important nonprocessed ingredients so that you can guarantee a meal that will not only taste good but also do your body well. All our customers get access to email threads on healthy habits to back up our meals because we know that having a healthy body allows for success in many aspects of your day.
Tell us about yourself
I also own a gym and noticed that many of my members come in daily to work out hard, but when I ask them about their nutrition, they have no structure. Out training a bad diet is nearly impossible, and with proper nutrition, the mind and body can connect stronger to allow your body to do great things with your day.
What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?
My biggest accomplishment is knowing that we are giving each client meals that have real value to do the body and access to articles that teach you about the gifts we all possess. Clean nutrition allows for a clear and focused mind.
What's one of the hardest things that come with being a business owner?
I have enjoyed every aspect even though it's been many hours and many problems to solve. It has changed me into a smarter and more disciplined individual.
What are the top tips you'd give to anyone looking to start, run and grow a business today?
Any time you find yourself getting frustrated by how long the process is taking, consider this: the fruit is the last thing to come from the tree. Use this analogy to keep pushing yourself further and channel that energy towards your goals and desires.
