Tell us about yourself
I graduated from the University of Denver with a Finance/Real Estate double major in 2009 and received my MBA in 2014.
Through having experienced trading and investing in almost all types of markets, and sports betting becoming legalized predominantly across the United States in 2018, I decided to form Synchronized Panel Data (SP Data) to take advantage of this emerging market in the same year by registering SP Data with the Nevada Secretary of State on 10/31/2018.
We discovered that sports betting could be utilized as a high-yield investment vehicle, with a short-term turnover (3 hours and you can earn money instead of waiting for the right timing for stocks to buy/sell, bonds to mature, or values of homes to increase before flipping).
What SP Data does is basically a new form of daily mutual fund portfolio management. Every day we pick out a basket of sports picks and tell you what percentage of your money allocated for higher-risk investments you should invest in each pick to outpace earnings against all other comparable investments.
What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?
My biggest accomplishment as a business owner is to be able to help others learn about the sports betting market and utilize common tools and resources to earn off such tools and knowledge in a faster-paced market than traditional investments.
What's one of the hardest things that come with being a business owner?
Marketing our business and our services have been the greatest challenge for SP Data as our competitors focus too much on marketing and not as much on servicing their clients with premium information and top-tier earnings. We are just the opposite.
What are the top tips you'd give to anyone looking to start, run and grow a business today?
- Like what you are doing.
- Truly want to help others with what you are doing.
- Don't think of earning money. Think about providing value to your clients. Then, the money will come eventually.
