Tell us about yourself

I dropped out of university when I was 18 to pursue entrepreneurship. I'm passionate about building businesses, and I have fun doing so. The continuous, never-ending challenge of improving to reach the next level is what motivates me each day. It keeps things fresh and exciting.

What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?

Being self-funded and not having to raise any outside capital.

What's one of the hardest things that come with being a business owner?

Sales & marketing, understanding how to get customers. Without the ability to sell and generate revenue, you can't operate a business.

What are the top tips you'd give to anyone looking to start, run and grow a business today?

  1. Start a business around solving one problem for a small, specific community.
  2. Learn sales, marketing, and how to sell a product.
  3. Find one marketing channel that works well for you.

Is there anything else you'd like to share?

Business is hard, so you should be passionate about it!
