Hey, I'm Saif and I run Creed & Culture.

Tell us about your business...

We help leading brands understand people of culture and faith.

What's your background and motivation to get into the solopreneur life?

The desire to have the most purpose-led, transformative brands in the world, that break stereotypes that we have about people who subscribe to something like we do.

As an entrepreneur, what does success ultimately mean to you?

Ideally, leaving the most meaningful legacy that impacts the most people as possible.

What are the top 3 tips you'd give to anyone looking to start, run or grow a business today?

Consistency trumps perfection. Know your numbers. When things get challenging, that's when you have to stick it out even more.

If there was one thing you could do repeatedly day in day out to help grow your business then what would it be?

Focus on talking about the purpose of your organisation.

What are some of the things you put in place to maintain a healthy work/life balance and to keep it all together?

Don't be apologetic about taking ownership of the start and end of your days. You have to prioritise having space for your thoughts, in a world where we're all having our time corroded by distraction.

Who are some of your favorite entrepreneurs and why?

The Enduring Strategic Brand Book by Luc Bardin for strategy. Brian Tracy for Sales. Tim Grover for Mindset. The magic of thinking big for growth. And The Leadership of Muhammad for purpose and balance.

For anyone looking to start a business today, what would be the number one bit of advice you'd give them?

Build a world-class sales team first. Business without sales is like chips that are old and stale. It's no good to anyone.
