What's your business, and who are your customers?
We work with mid-sized to large organizations that are rapidly growing. Our clients utilize our neuroscience-based leadership and culture coaching and change optimization workshops to create deep emotional engagement with their teams, top-performing leaders, and peak innovation.
Additionally, we offer a personal growth retreat, Beyond Your Brain, where we take a small group of leaders out into nature to deepen their relationship with themselves.
Tell us about yourself
I love growing people, helping them remember how awesome and unlimited they are, and helping their dreams come true. This is my purpose, whether at work, in my hospice volunteering, or in my personal life. I was born an entrepreneur and consistently looked for how I could reduce pain or increase power through creating products or services.
What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?
The people I have mentored and the fulfillment and happiness that has resulted in their lives.
What's one of the hardest things that come with being a business owner?
That the buck stops at you, you need to make it happen. It's your ultimate responsibility to be present to your people, your clients, and your organization and to be a servant to it.
What are the top tips you'd give to anyone looking to start, run and grow a business today?
- Set healthy boundaries so you have a personal life.
- It's all about people. Period. Always remember this.
- Challenges come and go, times of abundance vary, people will quit, it's all ok, everything moves and be in flow versus resistance. Manage your emotional state and have compassion for the struggles of others.
