What's your business, and who are your customers?

Skinesa is the world's first probiotic blend that provides people with Chronic Skin Flare-ups the ability to have clear, healthy skin.

Tell us about yourself

When I was younger I had skin issues that mentally impacted my ability to interact socially. My skin condition motivated me to start a company that would help people who struggle with Chronic Skin Conditions and provide them a solution that could help them live healthy, normal lives.

What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?

I am most proud each time we get a testimonial from a customer who talks about how Skinesa changed their life and restored not only their skin but their confidence.

What's one of the hardest things that come with being a business owner?

The most challenging thing about being a founder of Skinesa is reviewing the customer support emails from customers who really wanted Skinesa to work for them, and even though it does work for 9 out of 10 customers, it didn't work for them. This really breaks my heart.

What are the top tips you'd give to anyone looking to start, run and grow a business today?

First, find a product or solution you 100% believe in. Second, don't give up, and lastly, openly discuss the problem you are solving with the community and ask for help.
