What's your business, and who are your customers?
Sirge.io is an ad attribution tracking software that tracks the ROIs from Facebook and TikTok ad campaigns for Shopify eCommerce stores.
Tell us about yourself
I launched Sirge.io after the IOS 14.5 updates with apple that limited the tracking capabilities for Facebook and TikTok ad campaigns. We wanted to create a tool that could better track and report a more true ROI for our client's digital ad campaigns.
What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?
My biggest accomplishment as a business owner is having an amazing team and culture. I'm proud of the team we have and how motivated everyone is for us all to succeed.
What's one of the hardest things that come with being a business owner?
Being able to balance so many moving parts in a business. As we grow, we hire more talent and offer more services. The scope and pace of how quickly things start to move increases; this makes things complicated since I constantly have to find ways to move to different positions as we build out new departments.
What are the top tips you'd give to anyone looking to start, run and grow a business today?
- Be consistent with it. You have to put in the work daily.
- Get results and deliver the most value possible to your clients. Happy clients will spread the word about you and your products/services.
- Scale. I found more fun, success, and growth in being willing to scale. You have to have talent and team members and be willing to delegate once your hands are full.
