What's your business, and who are your customers?
I'm a Functional Nutritionist. I work closely with clients to create realistic, achievable, sustainable food and lifestyle choices to give the body and mind what they need to heal and live symptom-free. I look at the root causes of their illnesses and diseases and help people to heal through adapting different nutrition and lifestyle habits.
Tell us about yourself
Formerly an investment banker, I always had a passion for health and healing. Through my own research and trial and error, I healed myself of many issues by changing my food and lifestyle habits. I now live a life of energy, vitality, and optimal wellness, and my mission is to help my clients to do the same.
What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?
My biggest accomplishment is helping people to heal from chronic diseases such as obesity and type two diabetes and chronic gut issues such as IBS and SIBO.
What's one of the hardest things that come with being a business owner?
Figuring out how best to market to reach my target audience and build a stream of consistent referrals.
What are the top tips you'd give to anyone looking to start, run and grow a business today?
Know your 'why,' follow your passion & be prepared to have to cross many hurdles on the way!
