What's your business, and who are your customers?
I have a business coaching and brand strategy firm where I teach coaches and consultants how to build their brands by monetizing their expertise and creating multiple streams of income.
Tell us about yourself
I have always had an "entrepreneurial spirit" from a very young age, with my first business at the age of 16. I'm motivated every day by the opportunity to positively impact the lives of others.
What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?
My biggest accomplishment as a business owner is building a team. Expanding your business beyond yourself is no small task, and many businesses never have that opportunity. I am grateful every day for my team.
What's one of the hardest things that come with being a business owner?
One of the biggest challenges that I've faced as a business owner is sometimes it can be extremely isolating, which makes it difficult to progress. I didn't have a good support system in the early days of my business. Now that I have one, I never take it for granted.
What are the top tips you'd give to anyone looking to start, run and grow a business today?
- Start with a plan.
- Seek coaches, mentorship, and advice from those who are where you want to be.
- Don't be afraid to be different, and do it afraid.
