What's your business, and who are your customers?
We are an all-natural smoothie company that provides vegan, gluten-free smoothies that are customized to your taste, lifestyle, & health. Nature provides all- we just present it in a most delicious way! #HealthyDeliciousness
Tell us about yourself
I'm a Physiologist and deal with individuals' physical limitations- so naturally, I wished to support them from a nutritional perspective as well. However, I found that most people didn't do well with diets, prescribed meal plans, or consultants. This motivated me to hire my own team of Dietitians, Nutritionists, & a Macrobioligst to help me come up with a line of Smoothies and shakes that were not only nutritionally dense/sound but focused heavily to ensure they ended deliciously. Hence our motto- 'Healthy Deliciousness'...
What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?
Being able to successfully reach the end-user. It really isn't so much about providing a smoothie, but rather having them finally realize what delicious, whole food- abundantly provided by nature can actually do for them. Once that iota of awareness hits them, it changes their mindset, approach, and ultimately their health.
What's one of the hardest things that come with being a business owner?
Having a consistent, strong, supportive, dedicated team of others working alongside you. Another most notable variable that has to be said is having/lacking Altruistic & understanding Mentorship.
What are the top tips you'd give to anyone looking to start, run and grow a business today?
- If you cannot do everything by yourself, ensure to get & develop a supportive team (not just employees).
- Love what you do.
- It's only love that will take you through all hardships & downs you'll consistently have to endure.
Is there anything else you'd like to share?
If you are in the service industry. It's ALL about the end-user. And no, I'm not referring to the adage that the customer is always right; I'm talking about understanding the end user's individual needs, requirement's and unheard voice.
