Building a team and creating a brand that is bigger than me.
What's one of the hardest things that come with being a business owner?
There's a deep sense of responsibility for the business, employees, clients, etc. It's important to establish a work-life balance.
What are the top tips you'd give to anyone looking to start, run and grow a business today?
- Have a well-thought-out plan.
- Get started - you won't know how good your plan is until you implement it.
- Lean on experts to help you (accountants, lawyers, etc.).
