What's your business, and who are your customers?
We are a womenswear boutique, and we cater to contemporary-styled women of all ages.
Tell us about yourself
My first job was at an NYC boutique, where I found a passion for fashion. Three years ago, I decided to try my shot at an online boutique, and since then, we have grown into a brick-and-mortar shop in CT. Helping people feel their best in clothes that they love is fulfilling and rewarding.
What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?
Relieving the stress of shopping with personal styling, so is less intimidating.
What's one of the hardest things that come with being a business owner?
Managing employees and efficiency.
What are the top tips you'd give to anyone looking to start, run and grow a business today?
- Understand that it is all a learning process.
- Every day, week, and year you will develop more skills and improve your strategy.
- Ignore your self-doubtful moments. You obviously started this business for a reason. You believed in it, so do not play into self-doubt.
