My business is about Holistic Health, Wellness & Fitness. Professional Women in Midlife are my customers.

Tell us about yourself

I'm a Holistic Mind/Body Wellness, Fitness Strategist/Coach. I help busy professional women midlife lose stubborn belly and body fat by targeting the root cause so they can live healthy, vibrant lives with care-free confidence and renewed self-love using the Renew You Methodâ„¢. I transitioned to the health and wellness space when my mother passed at 55 from Metabolic Syndrome.

What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?

I have always been passionate about helping women take control of their most precious asset - THEIR HEALTH. Letting go of limiting beliefs and learning ways to love yourself that bring healing, health, and happiness can be the most liberating and transformational experience in your life.

What's one of the hardest things that come with being a business owner?

Not quitting when the result does not come right away.
