What's your business, and who are your customers?

The Moksha Group is a culture-shaping firm whose mission is to change the world by changing the way we work. We awaken leaders and teams and create thriving organizations where people show up at their best. We do this by blending positive psychology, neuroscience, biofeedback training, wisdom practices, and flow hacks. Our biggest superpower is leveraging the heart and soul of each client we work with. Our clients include CEOs, executive teams, aspiring and current leaders, cross-functional teams, and high-conflict teams. We provide important culture integration work for M&As. We work with Fortune 1000 companies, hospitals, small businesses, and start-ups. Our services include culture assessment and enterprise work, executive and team coaching, cross-functional teaming, offsite retreat experiences, training, and keynote speaking. We provide in-person and virtual support.

Tell us about yourself

Love!! My husband and I started our company after meeting in a yoga class and talking about how life-sucking corporations can be. Within 4 months of meeting, we created our company, fell in love, and moved in together. I am motivated to create more happiness, less violence, more coherence, and more love in the world. To make a positive change and impact on all living beings. To help others overcome their histories and conditioning that keep them stuck in suffering. To assist humans in elevating and finding joy in communities and with people they see every day. To help leaders awaken and lead from a full body presence that honors themselves, their people, and nature.

What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?

The testimonials of people saying that we've helped them change their life!

What's one of the hardest things that come with being a business owner?

Pacing the work and scaling.

What are the top tips you'd give to anyone looking to start, run and grow a business today?

  1. Invest in keeping your energy body strong and vibrant. Energy is everything.
  2. Be authentic and honest, and learn to communicate coherently.
  3. Surround yourself with a good team and grow and develop with them.
