Interested in starting your own entrepreneurial journey in personal development but unsure what to expect? Then read up on our interview with Sara Wolf, Founder of Shakti Revolution, located in Seattle, WA, USA.

What's your business, and who are your customers?

We ignite passion in those that are truly ready for change. Those that are truly committed to becoming empowered and expanding beyond their own definition of themselves. We do this through a number of modalities, processes, and practices, such as yoga, reiki, inner-work, meditation, etc. We specialize in healing trauma, childhood trauma, and adverse experiences that may be stored in the mind/body. Our customers are people who feel stuck in one or more areas of life—souls who desire clarity and guidance on how to heal themselves and transform their lives.

Tell us about yourself

This business was created as my own healing path unfolded. I was guided through all of my own inner child healing, divorce from an 11-year relationship, acceptance & grief from my mother's passing due to cancer, and a laundry list of other attributes. I felt so inspired by the path my life had taken that I was deeply called to share these same modalities. So one by one, I studied, became certified, and was then guided by a second teacher on how to take others through their specific trauma(s.) I think motivation is man-made, so what drives me each day is Divine inspiration to be of service so that others can discover the peace and joy that already exists within them.

What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?

Getting to experience the look and happiness of a student when they have gone through their self-healing work, changed their life, and are receiving exactly what they asked for & deserve!

Allowing myself to open, stay grounded, and relaxed enough for Shakti Revolution to grow so that I am fully supported by this business.

Moving myself and this whole business to Seattle from Arizona in the middle of the pandemic quarantine.

What's one of the hardest things that come with being a business owner?

Not taking things personally. Remembering that there will always be the rise and fall of tides. To flow with nature.

What are the top tips you'd give to anyone looking to start, run and grow a business today?

  1. Stay grounded no matter what!
  2. Listen to your intuition & gut instinct.
  3. Always do what lights your heart & soul on fire!

Is there anything else you'd like to share?

Remember that you live IN abundance AS abundance—every single moment.
