What's your business, and who are your customers?
Our business includes transformational communication coaching for individuals and organizations. Our focus is to create strategic alignment and help organizations scale without losing their entrepreneurial spirit. We empower you in generating high-performing teams through facilitated workshops and tools where you look at what is holding your organization back. We then assist you in creating roadmaps and in building out your learning organization. We find waste in your workflows and show you how to maximize value-added work. We also train organizations in Scrum, Agile, and Lean.

What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?
Saved millions of dollars by bringing in a Product Maturity Model. Improved psychological safety by addressing waste and redefining the role of leadership.
What's one of the hardest things that come with being a business owner?
Having to spend time on things that are not my passion and required for a business to run.
