I'm a RN who loves eliminating allergies to give people HOPE again in their lives, that they can live without allergies.

What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?

I built a Holistic Center in Grand Rapids, sold it, and now I practice in Traverse City.

What's one of the hardest things that comes with being a business owner?

Hiring employees that understand and can support the mission and vision of holistic medicine.

What are the top tips you'd give to anyone looking to start, run and grow a business today?

Have a Business Plan that articulates your mission and vision.
Be Prepared to learn from your failures.
Embrace your integrity and humility.

What are some of the things you put in place to maintain a healthy work/life balance?

Self Care, Meditation, Personal and Professional Growth.

Who are some of your favorite entrepreneurs and why?

The Book "Good to Great" is a must. My favorite entrepreneurs are those entities that are original upstarts with innovative ideas regarding the integration of our holistic and western medicine systems.
