What's your business, and who are your customers?
We design, create and sell fine jewelry to retail stores and direct consumers.
Tell us about yourself
I started my career in the industry as a diamond setter in 2003 and started designing + creating jewelry for friends and family, then started my own company in 2010 officially. Now I'm a creative director and owner of the company. I simply enjoy the process of designing and creating jewelry and love working with smart, fun, and hard-working people as a team. Feeling that we make our customers happy and being a part of their lives through our creation is such an incredible thing, and it's a perfect job for me.
What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?
The fact that we are still here!
What's one of the hardest things that come with being a business owner?
Finding the right people to work with.
What are the top tips you'd give to anyone looking to start, run and grow a business today?

Is there anything else you'd like to share?
