Tell us about yourself
My love of architecture, gardens, and wine was the impetus for starting the winery. I am motivated every day to give our guests an amazing experience. I am also highly motivated every day because I work with the best team.
What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?
Providing high-paying jobs with benefits and creating a professional and happy team.
What's one of the hardest things that come with being a business owner?
Ensuring adequate staffing and dealing with increasing pricing.
