Tell us about yourself
Over eight years ago, I started in a dominantly male field by helping in the lawn services industry. Within my first year, I became the owner of the business and, within two years, pivoted the company to a successful home improvement business through customer demand and the economy shift.
Today my business is now flipping homes. This motivated me to share my knowledge and expertise on how important it is to have clarity of your goals and vision in preparation for golden opportunities that get you from where you are to where you desire to be.
What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?
My biggest accomplishment as a business owner is the growth of my leadership role within myself and the business.
What's one of the hardest things that come with being a business owner?
I don't believe it's hard because all the businesses I run I'm passionate about. Passion separates what may be complicated from viewing it as a challenge.
There are challenges I get to learn valuable lessons from that help me make better future decisions and take measurable risks. My journey is unique, and so is everyone else's. When you tap into that and unfold clarity, it strikes and uncovers your unique path.
What are the top tips you'd give to anyone looking to start, run and grow a business today?
