What's your business, and who are your customers?

I am a radical womb wellness educator and author with over 20 years of experience devoted to breaking the spells of oppression in reproductive and sexual health. My students and audience are other educators and care providers, with some individuals seeking personal healing.

Tell us about yourself

I have been offering counsel and care for my community since I was 11 years old, began working for Planned Parenthood at age 14, and began attending pregnancy releases of all kinds at age 19. My work is devoted to breaking the spells of oppression in reproductive and sexual health.

What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?

Seeing people claim their pleasure and power through reproductive & sexual wellness.

What's one of the hardest things that come with being a business owner?

The amount of technological literacy and screen time required to be present and relevant today.

What are the top tips you'd give to anyone looking to start, run and grow a business today?

  1. Prioritize your well-being over the needs of others and your business with tangible boundaries, rhythms, and routines that help you thrive.
  2. Collaboration over competition, networking, and friendship is vital.
  3. Hire help as soon as you can!
