What's your business, and who are your customers?
As a Life & Wellness Coach, I have the great opportunity to help people overcome their fears and insecurities, find their purpose, and clarify their direction. My clients are women and men of all ages that have been feeling lost, stuck and unmotivated. These wonderful souls have suffered tremendously and are ready to change their circumstances and create their life by design. I work with my clients very closely, and I see the wonderful results as they are committed to the coaching process and are willing to do the work it takes to adopt positive habits and a positive mindset that changes lives.
Tell us about yourself
I was able to transform my life and accomplish many things in a short period of time with the help and motivation of my mentors. I would not be where I am today if it weren't for the wonderful life lessons they taught me and the accountability they offered me. I became a Coach because I wanted to do what my mentors did for me for others. I want to see people succeed. I want to see people happy and motivated every day! I intend to share what I know and support my clients as much as I can in their new journey. You are not alone. You are loved. You are love. You have unlimited potential. Let me help you break through the terror barrier and achieve your goals! You can do this! This motivates me daily, knowing that I have the tools and desire to help people. I am big on Gratitude, and this motivates me and grounds me. This, I also teach my clients. "Stop letting the day run you down; You can run the day! And make it go your way." In my journey to find my true purpose, many opportunities became available, such as podcast interviews, Summits interviews, writing blogs and books, and now I am a Yoga Instructor. All I do is help people live a well-balanced life and find joy in everything they do.
What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?
One of my biggest accomplishments was writing my book 'The Dragonfly Effect,' Finding Your Inner Strength, Clarity, and Wisdom. This book tells my story of self-transformation, overcoming fears, and codependency. Learning how to love myself and manifest what I want in my life. I share many lessons in personal development, Gratitude, affirmations, perception, mindset shifts, and many other important topics.
I'd have to say that my biggest accomplishment is seeing the growth in my clients and watching them become independent and grateful, strong, happy people.
What's one of the hardest things that come with being a business owner?
For me, one of the hardest things about being a business owner is finding the time to do all the advertising for it, reaching people, and being consistent with the number of insights and newsletters I want to share with my community on social media; etc. When hiring people to help me, I need to make sure they are the right fit and their energy is positive and in harmony with the message I need to share with the community.
What are the top tips you'd give to anyone looking to start, run and grow a business today?
