What's your business, and who are your customers?
Entrepreneurs and C-Suites hire me to help them grow bottom line profits and reduce operational pain points that are holding them back. Those pain points might be in sales, marketing, systems, team engagement, and time management, to name a few. We do this with a focus on balance so that you are not owned by your business and you love the results!
Tell us about yourself
I have always been a coach starting in 5th and 6th grade and continuing on from there. I transitioned into full-time coaching in January 2020 because I was tired of watching businesses flounder or fail.
What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?
Launching my coaching business is my greatest success as an owner. Secondarily to that, I was a successful district sales manager for 23 years prior. Both positions put me in an environment where I could watch and help people perform at their best.
What's one of the hardest things that come with being a business owner?
The buck stops with you... no excuses and nobody else to blame.
What are the top tips you'd give to anyone looking to start, run and grow a business today?
- Plan it out extensively. Don't just slap together a 15-minute business plan.
- Talk to people who are ahead of you and who will know a clearer path.
- Go all in and refuse to fail!
