What's your business, and who are your customers?

My mission is to help leaders and entrepreneurs to transcend their blocks, fears, and challenges related to interpersonal relationships, lack of leadership effectiveness, and network building by guiding them to find their voice both personally and professionally so that they can create a first impression that is genuine, powerful, and memorable, feeling good about themselves and in harmony with others.

Tell us about yourself

I have over a decade of experience training executives in business settings, team building, and career counseling. As an entrepreneur myself, I understand what it takes to run a firm - I worked in recruiting, where I had the opportunity to run my own team and interview over 1,000 professionals.

I am currently totally dedicated to my Coaching firm, inspiring and assisting others in the process of personal transformation that is necessary to grow both professionally and personally.

What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?

What's one of the hardest things that come with being a business owner?

One of the hardest things when starting a business is coordinating the multitude of tasks that need to be accomplished to get the ball going. With time, the challenges are two-pronged: maintaining efficiency in the administration while being creative to grow the business. At both stages, it is vital to have a powerful personal vision of how you want the business to develop and where you want it to go.

What are the top tips you'd give to anyone looking to start, run and grow a business today?

  1. You're going to need guts to deal with the multiple challenges of growing a business.
  2. You have to know how to listen to your heart to know what you really want to do.
  3. You have to master your mind to find an answer to the needs of your customers.

Is there anything else you'd like to share?

Doing business, whether from a leadership position, interacting with investors, with your clients, or with your peers, is all about mastering your interpersonal relationships. If you succeed, you will have found the key to opening the doors of success in business while feeling good about yourself.
