Roshi Experience LLC is a private Japanese cuisine chef service. Why deal with traffic, long wait times, and a noisy dining area filled with people. We bring your favorite 5-star Japanese restaurant to your dining table. From birthdays to bachelorette parties and even romantic dinner for twos, you can hire us for any occasion.
Tell us about yourself
I started this business because I loved the restaurant industry and being a Chef, but I didn't want to be tied down to a brick-and-mortar and long hours inside the restaurant. COVID-19 helped me realize that the personal chef industry was the best way for me to express my entrepreneurship. My family and my team are the biggest reasons why Roshi will continue to thrive. We are bringing great dining experiences to peoples home's one private dinner at a time.
What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?
My biggest accomplishment is, and currently still, guiding talented individuals to become better versions of themselves. Also, being able to help provide income for my team.
What's one of the hardest things that come with being a business owner?
The most difficult part about being a business owner is handling the team's multi personalities.
What are the top tips you'd give to anyone looking to start, run and grow a business today?
- Fix and organize your financials. Focus on profit and remove as many unnecessary expenses as possible.
- Learn better communication skills.
- Find and train your right-hand man. That one person you can trust the business if you are not around.
Is there anything else you'd like to share?
Read as many business and self-growth books as you can. There are so many ways to extract knowledge nowadays that there are zero excuses for not knowing anything. Entrepreneurs should constantly be learning and becoming a better version of themselves each day.
