What's your business, and who are your customers?

Rollacrit is a lifestyle brand that creates and sells products for board gamers and tabletop enthusiasts. Our customers are people who love to play games, and we offer a wide variety of products to help them enjoy their hobby. We sell everything from dice to accessories — even Heroes of Barcadia. We’re always looking for new and innovative ways to make the tabletop experience even better.

Tell us about yourself

I am the founder and CEO of Rollacrit. I have been a board gamer since I was a kid, and I have always loved the community and the sense of escape that comes from playing games. I started Rollacrit because I wanted to create a company that would bring people together through tabletop gaming. I am motivated by the idea of helping people have fun and create lasting memories.

What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?

My biggest accomplishment as a business owner is building a team of talented and passionate people who are committed to making Rollacrit a success. I am so proud of the work that we have done together, and I am excited to see what the future holds for us.

What's one of the hardest things that comes with being a business owner?

One of the hardest things about being a business owner is the constant uncertainty. There are always new challenges and obstacles to overcome, and it can be difficult to stay motivated when things get tough. However, I believe that the challenges of being a business owner are also what makes it so rewarding.

What are the top tips you'd give to anyone looking to start, run and grow a business today?

  1. Do your research. Before you start any business, it is essential to do your research and understand the market. What are the needs of your target audience? What are the trends in your industry? What are the challenges that you will face? The more you know about your business and industry, the better you will be prepared to succeed.
  2. Build a strong team. No one can build a successful business alone. You need a group of talented and passionate people committed to your vision. Take the time to find the right people and invest in their development.
  3. Never give up. There will be times when things get tough. There will be times when you want to give up. However, if you are passionate about your business and never give up, you will eventually achieve your goals.
