What's your business, and who are your customers?

I am a keynote speaker, resilience trainer, and patient empowerment advocate. My work is geared towards inspiring individuals and organizations to be their best selves and make a positive impact in the world. My clients include hospitals, healthcare systems, non-profit organizations, and corporations.

My life's work has been dedicated to making the world a better place through patient empowerment, health promotion, and storytelling. My emergency response model, which has been adopted by organizations such as the Israeli Red Cross, has helped save countless lives. I have also founded several charities that are working worldwide to empower people using life-saving skills, patient advocacy, and storytelling. I am passionate about helping people reach their full potential and achieve their goals.

Tell us about yourself

I grew up in Israel and experienced firsthand the importance of resilience and determination in the face of adversity. My journey as a healthcare leader and patient empowerment advocate began when I was diagnosed with a rare medical condition that required me to navigate the complex healthcare system on my own. This experience made me realize the importance of empowering patients with the knowledge and tools they need to make informed decisions about their health. Since then, I have made it my life's work to help others become empowered and resilient in their health journeys.

What motivates me every day is the desire to make a difference in people's lives. When I receive messages from individuals who have been empowered by my talks or when I see the impact of my charity work on communities around the world, I know that I am making a real difference. The knowledge that I can help people become their best selves and positively impact the world drives me to keep going.

What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?

My biggest accomplishment as a business owner is seeing my work's impact on people's lives. I am proud of how my emergency response model has positively impacted communities worldwide and countless lives and that my real difference work is making a difference.

What's one of the hardest things that comes with being a business owner?

For me, dealing with a debilitating chronic illness often prevents me from functioning properly and performing; generating income for me is often dependent on public speaking, and this may prove challenging.

What are the top tips you'd give to anyone looking to start, run and grow a business today?

  1. Always be authentic in your work and stay true to your values.
  2. Continually seek feedback from your clients and adjust your approach accordingly.
  3. Focus on building long-term relationships with your clients and providing exceptional service.

Is there anything else you'd like to share?

I am excited to be on this journey of helping individuals and organizations become empowered and resilient in their health journeys. I am always looking for new opportunities to collaborate with like-minded individuals and organizations, so please don't hesitate to reach out.
