Interested in starting your own entrepreneurial journey in health and wellness but unsure what to expect? Then read up on our interview with Abdullah Sabyah, CEO of Rightangled, located in London, United Kingdom.

What's your business, and who are your customers?

Rightangled is a health tech company registered under the CQC and GPHC to deliver personalized testing and treatments to people's doorsteps.

Tell us about yourself

I am a 31-year-old Saudi national who has been living in the UK for the past 11 years. I started Rightangled while doing my master's at Warwick Uni in 2015 and have been running the business ever since. What motivates me most is the speed at which the healthcare sector is evolving and the sheer amount of innovation that is happening in our industry.

What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?

Being able to touch the lives of over half a million users.

What's one of the hardest things that come with being a business owner?

I don't think it's hard to be a business owner, as long as you can manage the stress levels that come with the job, but besides that, it can be the most fulfilling thing you can do in your life!

What are the top tips you'd give to anyone looking to start, run and grow a business today?

  1. Have a goal in mind - what are you trying to achieve from starting this business.
  2. Plan well - they say fail to prepare, prepare to fail. I think this is very true.
  3. Have faith - always remember that no matter what challenge you are facing, it will go away in time. So keep it 100%.
