What's your business, and who are your customers?
I help you build the brand your customers will trust. Entrepreneurs who have an important message to share hire me when they want to design an optimized and powerful communication strategy to reach their audience, build brand authority, and turn casual visitors into lifelong customers.
Tell us about yourself
I have over 20 years of experience in communications and marketing. I started in college, working for the college radio station and doing promotions for various record labels and clubs. Over the years, I've had the opportunity to work with many recognizable brands. I started my business because I like helping small businesses and new entrepreneurs make a big difference for themselves, their families, and their communities.
What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?
One of my biggest accomplishments is writing a best-selling book, Bankroll Your Mind. A more recent accomplishment is deciding to return for my MBA because I know I'll be able to deliver greater value to my clients.
What's one of the hardest things that come with being a business owner?
Growing a business in a VUCA world.
What are the top tips you'd give to anyone looking to start, run and grow a business today?
- Recognize your core strengths.
- Determine the big problem you're going to help your clients solve. This is what you'll be doing most often, so make sure it's something you love doing.
- Figure out how you're going to make money doing it!
