What's your business, and who are your customers?
Rich in Relationship helps parents in all stages of life to have joy and resilience in themselves and their families. We help them to be open to new ideas from one another and to create new experiences by collaborating on their differences together. While many therapists and coaches work with parents on identifying and working around "triggers," we engage in techniques and practices that support actually releasing these triggers, bringing greater harmony to our client's lives.
Tell us about yourself
I have been on a mission to transform conflict into communication and harmony for over five years now. My focus is on families, in particular, with the goal of ending the senseless cycle of destructive conflict that has been generationally transmitted as long as people have walked the earth. I came from a conflict-laden family and have invested my life in learning how to end this generational "curse" by altering my own life, education, and working with families. I am an MSW, PCC, trained mediator, and trained parent coordinator.
What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?
Creating systems and trainings so that families with all levels of financial means can receive the help that they need.
What's one of the hardest things that come with being a business owner?
Seeing families with high conflict walk away and continue to suffer when we have the tools they need and yearn for.
What are the top tips you'd give to anyone looking to start, run and grow a business today?
- Be clear about the difference you want to make (the problem you are solving).
- Understand the real value (not just the market value) of your solution.
- Look for ways to measure success both for you and your clients.
