What's your business, and who are your customers?

My business is multi-faceted, though all offerings are in the realm of creating well-being within the mind, body, and spirit collectively. I am an Herbalist, Energy Worker, Space Holder, Wisdom Passer, and Trauma-informed Breathwork Facilitator. My clientele is essentially anyone who wants to deepen their inner wisdom, create harmony within, and is willing to address their shadow self to do deep healing. All are welcome.

Tell us about yourself

I, like most who are in the field of healing, began by delving into my deep inner work. I began with Reiki as my first healing modality, and it continues to evolve as I grow. I have a deep passion for learning, and lucky for me, there is an endless source of knowledge.

I am motivated on a daily basis by continuing to do my own healing and by watching the unfurling of my clients. Seeing their relationship with themselves deepen and hearing from them as their growth continues.

What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?

Watching the growth of my clients is my biggest accomplishment as a human and a business owner. To be able to hold sacred space for others is a gift, and I get to do it for my "work."

What's one of the hardest things that comes with being a business owner?

Carving out enough time for replenishment.

What are the top tips you'd give to anyone looking to start, run and grow a business today?

  1. Make sure your business is in alignment and authentic to you.
  2. Jump off the cliff and trust that you are supported.
  3. Create time off in your calendar to make sure you take time for yourself and your family.
