What's your business, and who are your customers?

I help people increase their collaborative capacity.

Tell us about yourself

In practicing law for ten years, I realized fighting and the adversarial model are terrible ways to solve people's problems. I have been committed to providing more effective tools, processes, and mindsets that contribute to people's capacity to work well with each other. I'm motivated by the desire to minimize suffering.

What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?

  • Providing real value that clients validate.
  • Writing award-winning bestselling books.
  • Surviving for over thirty years.

What's one of the hardest things that come with being a business owner?

Persistence and Resilience are the hardest for me.

What are the top tips you'd give to anyone looking to start, run and grow a business today?

  1. Design around your "Best Work" - what you do naturally others perceive as value.
  2. Work from your heart.
  3. Always provide real value and never let money get in the way.

Is there anything else you'd like to share?

Find out what your real mission/vision is and let that be your business... work from "Purpose," and you'll never work a day in your life.
