What's your organization, and who are your members?
Replenish is a 501(c)3 non-profit organization that is dedicated to providing sustainable clean water to those in need.
Tell us about yourself
I started Replenish at the age of 18 in the summer before my freshman year of college. I didn't want to waste my college years partying and wasting time like my peers. I wanted to make the most of my time and make as big of an impact as possible by living outside of myself.
What's your biggest accomplishment as an organization?
Honestly just overcoming the fear to begin. I believe everyone has a brilliant idea, but only 1% of people ever act on it.
What's one of the hardest things that comes with being an organization?
I would say the stress of not doing "more." Anyone who runs a successful business or organization lives and breathes it. Our vision at Replenish is to serve as many people as possible, so not being able to serve everyone weighs on my heart, even though I know it's not possible to help everyone.
What are the top tips you'd give to anyone looking to start, run and grow an organization today?
- Just start.
- Be original.
- Don't be afraid to ask for help along the way.
