What's your business, and who are your customers?
I am the Founder of Renegade Mindset, a personal development company serving people, businesses, and teams all over the globe. My belief is that in order to uplevel your business, you must uplevel your mindset. That, in order to achieve more, we must become more. I help my clients achieve this through virtual mindset training for teams, business strategy sessions, online courses, and 1-1 VIP coaching. The end result is launching my clients on their own trajectory to freedom by disrupting any stagnation holding them back.
Tell us about yourself
I am obsessed with personal growth and a self-proclaimed chameleon. As a master mindset and business strategist, personal development facilitator, and team trainer - I'm pretty damn good at helping people just like you #disruptthebullshit that's keeping you stuck so that you can finally live a life you're fascinated by - full of passion and fulfillment. In a former career, I acted as the COO for a consumer products company with sales and distribution in 60+ countries around the globe while simultaneously spending the last decade (and over $125k of my own money) learning from and training with some of the largest names in the personal and professional development arena!
My superpower lies in helping people transform their identity, beliefs, values, and results through the power of language, the science of reprogramming our mind, and rewiring our neuro pathways on a subconscious level.

What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?
My biggest accomplishment with Renegade Mindset was that in a short 13 months, I surpassed six figures in revenue and hired my first employee!
What's one of the hardest things that comes with being a business owner?
The balance between constant evolution and progress while simultaneously creating consistency in offerings, value, back-end processes, and so on.
What are the top tips you'd give to anyone looking to start, run and grow a business today?
Start with your purpose. You can find this by asking yourself - Why am I here? For what purpose? Then make sure you align your identity with your purpose. This isn't about who you are currently showing up as; this is more about who you need to become in order to fulfill your purpose.
From there, take a vulnerable and honest look at your own beliefs and values to create further alignment. You can ask yourself things like: What would I have to believe about myself in order to be this new identity? What would I have to believe about others? What would I have to value about myself in order to be this identity? What would I have to value about business?
When you make sure to have alignment through your identity, beliefs, and values, you create greater change on a subconscious level. Knowing that 95% of our actions are based on our subconscious programming - we better ensure that programming is operating at the PEAK level!
