What's your business, and who are your customers?

We mentor high school athletes and their parents through the college recruitment process, providing quicker, more consistent access to top college coaches throughout the country.

Tell us about yourself

As a former division one all-American center back and conference championship assistant coach, I created RecrutiFluency to standardize the college recruitment process through online learning and educational webinars.

What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?

Every single one of our student-athletes to date has been provided a full-ride scholarship, an academic scholarship & a roster spot on the division 1 or 3 program roster.

What's one of the hardest things that come with being a business owner?

Combating and changing the false narrative that companies like NCSA and beRecruited have created so they may monetize parents' fear and scare them into purchasing an overpriced and underperforming service.

What are the top tips you'd give to anyone looking to start, run and grow a business today?

  1. Start.
  2. Walk through the fear, make decisions and make mistakes.
  3. Be nimble and able to shift directions quickly to figure out what the client truly needs for their own success (not yours).
