What's your business, and who are your customers?

Re Sauna is Winnipeg's first and only infrared sauna studio, a place where you can enjoy the benefits of a private sauna session on your own time. Our customers are anyone and everyone (over the age of 16).

Tell us about yourself

I have always wanted to own a business that promoted a healthy lifestyle, playing hockey my whole life, I knew that recovery was huge. However, after losing my mother and becoming a mother 3 years ago, I also realized how beneficial taking time for yourself is - to reflect and relax in your daily life. Combining both recovery and relaxation, Re Sauna was born, a 40-minute invigorating deep-tissue sweat sauna session. A visit to Rē Sauna will leave you feeling fully refreshed, rejuvenated, and renewed.

What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?

Opening up during the pandemic, it has been a wild ride but worth it.

One of the hardest things you'll have to face as a business owner is dealing with the unknowns.
