What's one of the hardest things that come with being a business owner?
It is hard to continue to navigate the paradox of caring for people (employees and customers) and being competitive in the marketplace (sometimes by making hard decisions).
What are the top tips you'd give to anyone looking to start, run and grow a business today?
- Start outside in by seeing a challenge or problem in the marketplace.
- Create a unique solution to the problem.
- Continually learn and reinvent how to define and solve problems.
