What's your business, and who are your customers?
I am a business and leadership coach. I am the founder of Ravé Strategy Studio.

My vision is to create a world of Love, Unity, Connection, Faith, Trust, and Abundance. That is what drives me every day to do what I do. I want to create a legacy in this world...
Imagine a world where everybody does what they say they will do when they say they will do it. Imagine a world where everybody would keep their word, be on time, and be in integrity with themselves and everybody around them.
Imagine clear communication, getting results over and over, and understanding the power of feedback. I am driven by the vision of a world like this: great parenting, marriages, thriving business, mindset, and abundance for everybody.
What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?
I need to make it to multiple six figures by understanding that the strategies alone won't get me there. Leadership is a massive part of my success and what I teach now.
My husband works full-time in my company.
What's one of the hardest things that come with being a business owner?
3 Things come to mind:
- We take so much time to realize that support is a strength.
- Only doing it some, even if I know how.
- Lack of self-discipline.
What are the top tips you'd give to anyone looking to start, run and grow a business today?
- Get a coach. You will save time and money ( just because you are so good at your trade does not mean that you will be successful in your business).
- Be clear on a schedule and stick to it.
- You are a salesperson, first and foremost, so work at that.
- Know your avatar and who your ideal client is.
- Have a clear vision of why you are doing what you are doing.
